The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller this role is responsible for all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions and is critical to the smooth operation of the finance department. It requires a strong communicator, high attention to detail and someone who is prepared to take responsibility for their output. This role will suit someone who is able to work both individually and within a team.
Duties include but will not be limited to:
Processing creditor invoices
Preparing debtors invoices
Processing corporate credit cards
Allocation of debtor payments
Bank reconciliations
Providing support to the Financial Controller
General support to the administration team
Other ad hoc tasks as required
The Requirements
Essential requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Intermediate Word and Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Desirable requirements
General accounting and book keeping qualifications
Proficient in MYOB
