关于RTA历史纪录报告中的问题
今天帮朋友查了一辆他看中的二手车, RTA Histroy Check报告有如下内容：Date of manufacture: June 2009
Date first registered in NSW: July 2012
Written-off vehicle records
. Written-off vehicle records are available from April 2004 to the present. During this period this vehicle has not been recorded as a written-off vehicle.
Stolen vehicle records
. According to information available to the RTA at this time, the vehicle is not recorded as stolen.
Registered operator history
. The vehicle is registered in one name.
. There have been 2 registered operators since the vehicle was first registered in NSW.
Usage records
This vehicle has been registered with the following usage types in NSW.
PERIOD OF USE USAGE TYPE
18-Jul-2012 to 18-Jul-2012 Held for resale by motor dealer
19-Jul-2012 to present Private
有如下问题不清楚，有经验的TX可否帮忙看看？Thanks in advance!
1. 为什么车是09年造，2012才在NSW注册？
2. Written off记录是否表明车没有被碰撞和报废记录？“Written-off vehicle records are available from April 2004 to the present. ”是指NSW的车辆Written off的记录查询从April 2004年开始么？
3. 是不是已经有两个不同的车主注册过？今年7月份才注册，就已经有两个车主了么？
4. 用途记录中为什么没有18-Jul-2012之前的？会不会有什么问题？ 1、说明这车在2012年7月以前是在别的州注册的
2、没错，只能查询2004年以后的报废记录
3、在NSW，只有一个真正的车主，之前一个是dealer，报告里写的很清楚
4、RTA的报告当然只能提供在NSW境内注册的详情，之前其他州的是无法提供

谢谢! 明白了,那在NSW注册前是否有事故等情况就没法获知了，是么？会不会发生在其它洲发生事故，修好后再到NSW来注册？
