Perth RCB Guidelines Update

The Western  Australian State Migration Office (SMO) has advised that the proposed changes  to the requirements for the Perth Metropolitan Regional Certifying Body (RCB)  have not been agreed by the WA Government.
The SMO has  advised the MIA that they are continuing to negotiate the new terms and  conditions with other sections of the WA Government.
Currently,  there are 120 RCB applications awaiting assessment under the new regulations.  These will continue to be held over until new regulations are in place.
DIAC has  advised that applications already submitted which require RCB certification  will not be assessed until at least 5 to 8 months after lodgement. It is  hoped that the RCB certification issues will be resolved prior to that time.

我在2012年3月2号申请的121。 3月5号拿到Acknowledgment letter。到现在还有没分CO,请问大概多久能下签啊？
当初不知道有DRC，没有做。

现在有什么办法可以补救么？或者别的方法催签。
谢谢各位前辈帮忙解答。

据我所知，似乎改不了。个人催也没有效果。不过现在审理速度似乎比较快啊。

不交drc，快得半年，慢的8，9个月

是啊，移民局的信件说5-8个月的等待期，所以visa批准很多都是9个月左右。我见过DRC17天就拿到的，还有NON-DRC的不到一个月的（不知道具体情况），有时简直不敢相信的快，但90%以上是不敢相信的慢。

我看到pomsinoz好多人一写抱怨信就有反应了！

信上的部分内容：
