得到消息，FieldForce在向维州居民免费发放智能节电控制开关，有兴趣的可以去申请
刚刚打了他们的电话，book了，说是会在来之前再联系我的。

Enviro Saver Program - Victoria

Enviro Saver is now installing FREE energy saving switches in Victorian homes to help them to save power.

These clever switches can help households save up to $1401 each year by reducing power wastage in two ways - by eliminating standby power and also turning appliances off automatically when they are left on and not being used - for both computer and home entertainment equipment.

Fieldforce is accredited under the the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target (VEET) scheme to create VEEC certificates by installing energy saving products in homes.

汇报一下，昨天约的人上门了。安装了3个，另外一台电脑没有显示器所以不同意给（最多4个）。硕大一个砖头，安装的人把我的电线都动了，还得自己再重新弄一遍。没我想象中那么智能，胜在是免费，而且工作正常（电脑休眠或者关机之后，其他外设都断电了）。

Setting Up the Embertec Emberplug™ AV
1. Unplug your existing powerboard from the wall socket and
then plug it into the ‘Power Saver Socket’.

program guides and recording features, and plug it into the

of sight. Close to your television is the best position, and
within normal operation of your existing remote control(s).

power point, and turn the power point on at the wall.

这个控制开关有两种，一种是配电脑的，一种是配家电（电视，音响，PS3。。。）。都是一个硕大的砖头，上面有两个插孔。

工作原理很简单，都是监控其中一个插孔控制另外一个插孔是否通电：
1。电脑。两个插孔其中一个是单独插电脑主机的，另外一个插孔是插其他外设（打印机，显示器，音响等等）。主机进入待机或者睡眠的时候，电压持续保持一个低值，这个智能开关就会切断插外设的那个插孔电源。插在这个插孔上面的外设就会断电以达到节电功能。因为这些东西即使不用也会耗一定的电。当主机开机或者从睡眠唤醒，智能开关就会自动使另外一个插孔通电。

2。家电。两个插孔其中一个是插需要节电功能的（譬如电视，DVD等），另外一个就是always on。这种插座外界一个黑色的控制器，控制器上有一个按钮和一个灯。默认是假如没有遥控器信号1个小时就会自动断电，快要断电的时候灯就会闪，你就要去按一下那个按钮，否则就关了。这个时间可以设置，2小时，3小时或者5小时。

电脑那个比较好用，电视这个我没有用。原因是那个智能开关太大了，我电视挂墙上，被它顶着只能往天上翘。。而且看着看着电视如果不理他就关了。

我更希望是有一种开关，可以通过遥控，一下子把指定的插板断电。

你太有才了！最好是随手一按或者是声控就可以解决的，那更好！

其实这个也可以手动控制，
就是把电视（电脑）相关的都插一个插板上，关了电视，随手把这个插板关了就行了

要AGL的用户，而且要安装那个他们叫power controller，才送节能灯泡的。最近老是有印度人上门免费赠送节能灯泡，怕他们纠缠不休，没敢要。

那可不是装的越多就省钱越多阿，不是成正比的

找你这样的理论，全家的插头都换了，没准还能挣钱呢

如果你装节能插座的地方，一个月也用不了几次，本来就用不了多少电

是的，我原来租房子的时候也那样换过，节能灯泡，节水shower header
没有申请，有人主动上门问
