这么说这个Review文件已经没有存在的意义了,老Code的都早就Review了吧.
假如申请资料是不同的工作组别去处理,以现在已经几乎没有人申请Review来看,
应该是比一般的新申请ACS评核人数少得多,而且使用已经通过评核 ...

42. I had 3 years and 6 months experience at the time of application, but now I have over 4 years in total to satisfy Group A experience requirement. Can I lodge an assessment review application?
No. You should not apply for a review of your assessment because experience can only be considered up to the date of initial application received. What you should do in this instance is to apply for a new assessment application with a current employer reference.
43. I have lodged an appeal application for my PASA and received a negative decision. Can I appeal the appeal decision?
No. The outcome of the appeal process is final.
44. Is review fee refundable?
No. However, in some cases, review fee may be refunded at the Skills Assessment Manager’s discretion. This is their sole decision and applicants are not permitted to demand a refund in any circumstances. If you are eligible for a refund, this will be informed in the decision letter that you receive following an appeal application.
Is appeal fee refundable?
This fee is refundable if you receive the outcome you are seeking. It is not refundable if the outcome remains as originally assessed.
45. How long does an appeal application take?
As a guide, appeal process generally takes approximately 10 weeks to complete, however this can take longer at the Appeal Committee’s discretion.
46. When applying for a review, do I have to submit documents I previously supplied as part of my initial skills assessment?
No. We will use documents at hand. You only need to provide evidence to support your review application.
When applying for appeal, am I allowed to submit additional documentation?
No. You may include reasons as to why you believe the outcome is not appropriate in your case. You cannot however present any new information/evidence. If you wish to add new material to your submission you must apply for a review of your PASA.
楼主的case已经了结，除非提供新的工作经验证明才能review新的代码。（其实就是重新申请，且还不知道在有案底的情况下能否评得到新代码。）

这个是针对2010年7.1前拿到老代码的申请人可以申请的review条件，显然不适合楼主。 |
