移民局网站上写的：
Note: When starting an application, you will be asked some questions to determine if you are eligible to continue. If the system indicates you are not eligible to apply online, you will need to post or courier a 'paper' application to the department.

Important: This manual process may take longer than applying online and you should allow sufficient time to prepare and lodge a 'paper' application. The department is unable to extend the period of time an applicant has to lodge an application.

感觉这个系统会自动决定你是否能电签，如果能走到最后一步没有任何提示那就证明可以继续走电签。

因为已经递交过一个475电签，本次只能递纸签有这种规定？不是说同一种类别的签证只能走一次电签么？难道不同类别的也管？

卡卡说的完全正确，我试着在线申请了个475，当输入完我的信息后不能在继续下去，显示：
1. An application for this service has already been lodged. Please contact the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre.

而我现在的176在线申请已经过了这一步了，说明电签176完全可行。

回楼上两位：

我已经重新在线递交申请了，之后发现VIC取消了在线查询功能，so要知道这次提交的结果怎样，会不会又被无耻地无视，只能等他们的email了。

申请时的附件里，我附了一份当初打印出来的在线申请成功记录，又写了封邮件，问是否可以恢复我首次成功申请时的排位。

如果不能，也没啥感觉了。

VIC这档子鸟人鸟事，让我们对即便有机会过去之后可能享受到的待遇有了更加清醒的认识。澳洲人真TMD不是一般的白。

递交时间 11月19日第二天时查询是received 后来过了几天维多利亚州显示网页查询功能取消到现在12月10日也没收到任何进度的邮件。不知道received状态有没有更新。我该发邮件问问嘛？还是等着就行了。因为网上查询取消所以心里总是没底儿！！！
