that is the salary
my backgroud:
a small design institue in a middle city (5 years), design for the municipal civil engineering, not too much technical really.
started the job sept,2006 at a giant tunnel project, with a joint venture for 4 other global famous company.
working on a pipeline project with another 2 global famous company.
it is the second application sent for to get the job, it called themself No.1 company in the world. I have been interviewed by the human resource, project manager, and technical manger. I ask for 45,000K per year at the begaining, but the agent said they want to give you 55k, do you satisfy with a full time job?
they increased my salary twice last year! experice is the most importment.
feel it is really easy to find a job with a sound experience. I though I can easily to move to the other company and get the pay rise, because the past two bigh project and joint venture experience with some other engineer. all the people just move around these few global company really, and they really know each other very well, and feel very comportable to work with. so keep a good relationship.
still think stay in this company for the next 3-5 years cause it is really famous in the infrastructre field.
job is not a problem when you have the a good experience, just step in and try to stay in the project office rather than in the home office.
there is over-time you can work, and allowance you can take. the office is just in the city really. |
