从实用的角度去考虑，把这样的事情通过传媒曝光，一不小心还会成为新闻人物。我也考虑过，要是败诉的话，就这样做，为争一口气，只要我有时间。可是我现阶段有要事在身，即使败诉了，从现实来讲，很可能也就付钱了事。
我发的文章，更多的是想从社会学的角度，与大家分享当今世界的众生相。相比于给人励志，我更愿意从揭露社会的角度去推进进步。
这是我写的上诉信。用的也许是拙劣的英文。我也不想文饰那么多，因为我知道，他们“处理”的对象大多是大鲁粗。
Appoint department officer:
This letter regarding to the INFRINGEMENT NOTICE (No.*******).
I write this letter to make it clear not only for the legitimate in this case, but also for the justice of execution in appointed government.
In ** April 2009, I parked my car in the car bay at ***** Street ***** (as shown on the attached pictures), I came back 30 minutes later and got the NOTICE.
In my comment sense and more than 95% of the driver pass by this ‘***** Street, reckon that it is legally to park in this car bay, though there is a confused design include the sign pole, the firm line, and the location of the car bay.
To get the evidence of what I suppose, I took photos after one week in ** April 2009, 12:00 to 13:00 (as shown on the attached pictures). In one hour time, more than 15 cars park in this car bay ( They want to park their cars to go shopping, after I told them they will be fine $125 when they come back, they choose to leave).
My conclusion is, this wrong design car bay mislead more than 95% drivers to park in.
In this case, I could like to believe that the fault is the sign pole in a wrong position, or the firm line forgot to be removed. If there is a site like a trap for the appointed government department to make money from, I feel very disappointed in such a democratic and nomothetic country. |
