终于得到VO的回信，I refer to the above mentioned application for a Class VE Subclass 175 Skilled (Migrant) Independent visa.
The Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Senator Chris Evans, announced a range of changes in response to the global economic crisis to ensure the skilled migration program is better targeted and more responsive to industry needs.
These changes affect skilled visa applications and gives priority processing to applications in the following order:
1. employer sponsorship
2. state or territory sponsorship
3. an occupation on the Critical Skills List (CSL)
4. an occupation on the MODL
5. all other applications.
The CSL is a list of occupations developed in response to the changing critical skills needs of Australia. Only those occupations which are currently on the CSL receive priority processing. If an occupation has been removed from the CSL, it no longer qualifies to be processed before other nominated occupations.
As your client’s nominated occupation is not on the current CSL and they are not nominated by a state or territory government or sponsored by an employer, the processing of their visa application will be delayed until those visa applications which meet the processing priorities are finalised.
The priority processing directions apply to all applications, including those in the final stages of processing.
中介给我答复是：移民部已经来信说明您先生的职业被csl移除之后，不再享受优先审理的待遇。只能等雇主担保、州担保、csl的案子审完之后，您先生的案子才会有进一步的进展。估计在10月份或者年底。真想吐血啊

其实这个回复没有新意，因为移民局自从3月16日以后，一直都是严谨地在执行着这个政策。。你写信问了移民局，移民局只是再重复一遍他们说过的话。被从CSL中移除的，就不是CSL了，即使他们的申请进度处于最后阶段。这些话移民局说了不止一遍了。。

早说过了，只要澳洲经济不好转，MODL的，慢慢等吧，至于是否是在10月份或者年底，我个人认为，依照现在的经济形式，MODL更有可能是在年底或者明年年初，各位不要对我拍砖。。。谁不想早成功呢。。。

就怕由于1217新政的出台，csl的申请者会大大增加，处理起来没完啊！

你怕也没用，已经大大增加了。。。如果你留意论坛里面2008年6月开始一直到现在的CSL的数量就知道了。。还有不断新增的担保类，，，

移民局的回复早就是这样的了，移民局这么说是把最极端的情况包括在内，就好比之前进度处理每次都是把CO们最后处理的那一个TX的日期写出来，但实际的情况是有很多TX的处理进度比官方进度快很多！我想说的是分完CO的TX包括我自己在内，大家不要太悲观这个财年末我们还是能有消息的！

楼上的人（名字叫“等到白发头的”），你也太沉的住气了吧，你是CSL。但是你是前年7月签收的，和你同一批签收的那么多人，现在早就在澳大利亚租房子，找工作了吧。你也不去问问你的CO怎么个事情？

今天知道原因了，原来是这个TX在体检时候，发现肺部有钙点。所以，这个TX只好等了。。。。

申请176以后心态不一样了吧？

如果按照官方说法 我们这些TRA真的是遥遥无期，但是从我主观的分析和一些客观的现象来看我们在财年末还是有希望准的。


175的TRA还会被封杀多久呢？答案是不会太久了。

看来真得离开freeoz一阵子了，太刺激了。
都是ACS和IEA tnnd，TRA的太郁闷了。

申请176以后心态不一样了吧？

以前176担保批准或不批准要1个多月,现在最慢要3个月,那就按照3个月去等,3个月以后,是7月底了,假如批准,那么1100表通知移民局要20天,按照1个月去算吧,就是8月了,然后CO重新再从故纸堆里翻出我的案子,去重新展开进度,又要大半个月到1个月(毕竟已经分CO了,不必重新等着分CO),那么,就到了9月份了...

从移民局先处理CSL的现状以及现在大批未分CO的CSL的数量和处理进度来看,在9月之前,我不看好MODL,虽然我现在也是MODL.--------除非,移民局改变了政策,良心发现了,把CSL丢到一边不处理了,调个头,先处理MODL类别和三无类别的, 这个可能性占多少?

其实揣摩进度是很痛苦的,从去年12月17日分级以后,就开始揣摩,到现在已经5个月了.....还是在等.继续等吧.

答案的依据是什么呢?
TRA并没有全部被封杀,如果硕果仅存的4个TRA CSL类别以后动起来,那不能说明什么.关键是要看MODL进度什么时间动起来(包括MDOL里的会计,美发,厨师,管道工,焊工等等).

你知道3月底，澳宝的一个牛人宣布，一个MODL突破新政策，居然分CO了，见我的另一个帖子，当时让我很高兴。。但是，也就是这么一个人，以后再没有MODL的动静了。
不过，作为316受害者之一，我还是很希望这个LISA能给我们大家带来光明的前途啊。。。

感觉转475是明知的，175遥遥无期------走着瞧吧。

大家又在玩角色扮演了，好像太拿移民局的官方说法当回事了要知道一切皆有可能，不一定按常理出牌的请大家记住我的话。我不会再顶自己的帖子直到准签为止。

既然大家都这么悲观从此后我不再发表任何和大家相左的言论。从此以后认真潜水。

LISA最近准了好几个就是没有TRA的，希望早日开准TRA。

Priority Application Processing Information

Applications are now being processed as follows:

记不得是哪四个了，但是印象中好像是非常冷门（起码freeoz里一个没有，所以和封杀没区别）的种类我想申请人会非常少这就是硕果仅存的原因吧。  有一个情况--一个青岛的朋友（toolmaker）11月递的申情2月份分CO ...

谁说那四个职业里的人，在freeoz里一个也没有呀。我就是一个。不过我也在等。
