Outstanding opportunity for a tech-savvy new or near graduate to join our team in web development and the rapidly growing area of web analytics. You will need to have excellent skills in HTML and CSS and an aptitude for linking usability with website visitor behaviour.

Friendly, tight-knit team where you will achieve the satisfaction of working at the cutting edge of web development in a bright and open studio office in a natural environment. You will work with our team to provide our clients with standards compliant HTML for CMS templates and conversion testing, you will also work on projects incorporating Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Google Website Optimizer.

What You Need

- Excellent HTML and CSS skills
- Understanding and experience in web usability
- Hands on experience with PHP and MySQL

Aptitude and Attitude

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive with strong work ethic
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Understanding of business and customers/clients

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Convert final designs into HTML and CSS
- Assist with PHP and MySQL development
- Apply analytics and conversion testing to improve client websites
- Analyse and improve online marketing campaigns
- Help clients understand analytics and conversion testing data and reports
- Stay up to date on analytics developments and trends

Days: 2 to 3 days per week
Location: Georges Heights, Mosman
Salary: Negotiable and reviewed regularly.
