最近大伙是不是有一个感觉，DIAC好象一直在磨洋工。
我的经历是在1月19号发现准签了，不过一直没有收到准签信。忍不住在本周一发了一份信给aspc.region2去锤。结果国庆完了后，今天早上就收到准签了，信的日期是19号的，不过说来也奇怪，我的预签信以及准签信一开始都没收到，也不知道是不是region2的发信系统有故障？不过我们祭起锤的法宝，就搞掂了。不过给CO写信的时候语气要诚恳，下面分享一下我的发信以及回复，他们向我道歉了！！
我的发信：
Dear Case Officer,
I am writing to query about the status of my Grant Letter. I checked
my application status in the department's online status query area, it
shows that my application was approved on Jan 19, 2010. But I have not
received the Grant letter yet, it seems that the problems occurred
before for my Pre-Grant letter. Would you please re-send the letter to
me if it is available?

今天收到准签信了：
Dear Mr XX,
Please see Grant letter attached, DIAC apologises for the delay.
