The rate rise is a great thing RBA did for Australia economy, I welcome this move and hope the housing price will fall as many australian people cannot afford their debt then we might have a chance to pick up some nice property!

these days I am in Hong Kong, the words on the street is that australia currency will get stronger and i am looking forward to it because i had a fixed exchange contract with BOC with 12 months fixed rate, stronger AUD is a great thing!

房价是会低点（其实低不到哪去），房屋按揭的还款支出增加了不少，这笔账怎么算呢？

说实话澳州政府是诚实的，加息收益的是老百姓，资本家当然欢迎泡沫下的高资产价格。通货膨胀是对百姓的剥削，增加的还款额是对风险的提示

圣诞节之前不应该再次上涨，失业率今天已经下降，但是这些数据并没有反应出经济反弹那么好。。艰苦的日子还没完全过去。
